I was brought in to develop promotional material for corporate retreats in the early days post-pandemic. The client had created a Post COVID-19 Corporate Employees and Management Recovery Program, which was being promoted to large corporate companies in Asia, including the likes of HSBC and other high-value enterprises.
We needed a way to promote the retreat without making it sound like a holiday, in a tone that reflects the importance of mental wellness for an audience that’s culturally accustomed to pushing through difficult times without respite.
I wrote a 3-minute explainer video script, a landing page, and a press release. The event was a success during difficult times when travel was only just starting to come back to a state of normality.
