What does it include?

A sales strategy consultation is the ideal way to solve a recurring problem without taking a full sales training course. We’ll look at your current process, identify where the challenges arise, and create a tailored solution that you can implement straight away. I’m known for being an out-of-the-box thinker. My approach is designed to gently interrogate the problem until we get to the heart of the issue. I like our sessions together to feel flexible, relaxed, productive, and candid. People have used this session in a variety of ways, including to: • Resolve a specific problem • Refine your overall approach to sales • Understand the current customer experience • Identify gaps in your sales story • Get an outsider’s perspective on your current business At the end of our session, you should feel like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders. This session is most suitable for people who are growing frustrated by the sales or marketing process, but don’t want to undertake sales training or outsource expensive marketing services.
