The client had an established brand and online presence but wanted to streamline communication and put some depth into the website. I was brought in as a consultant to help them refine the brand’s tone of voice.

We workshopped the brand story and tweaked the copy on the website. I delivered my signature marketing communication milestones tool to create natural sales funnels. As part of the service, I gathered new testimonials and created new opportunities for growth in the business.
