Project Brief
Historically, energy supply systems pre-date cyber security issues. The national grid was designed for functionailty, but has no pre-existing infrastructure to protect organisations against cyber attacks. This makes business assets in the newer renewable energies market vulnerable to cyber attacks when energy is sold directly to the grid.
The client needed to explain the benefits of protecting assets in a modern world to an industry that hasn't previously considered cyber security to be relevant to the industry.
